These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CrewPace platform, operated by CrewPace Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. CrewPace provides AI-powered sports analytics tools including player performance tracking, injury risk modeling, lineup optimization, video tagging, and workload management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share athlete data with unauthorized parties or use the platform for purposes other than legitimate sports performance analysis.
CrewPace Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse athlete data, or engage in activities that compromise the integrity of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
CrewPace Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of coaches, athletes, and all users of the CrewPace platform.
We collect information necessary to provide our services: account details (name, email, organization), athlete performance data (stats, workload metrics, wellness scores), video content uploaded for analysis, and usage analytics.
Athlete data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized staff within your organization. We do not sell athlete data to third parties. Data is processed to generate performance insights, injury risk assessments, and lineup recommendations.
For college programs, CrewPace is FERPA-compliant. We implement role-based access controls so only authorized personnel can view individual athlete records.

CrewPace uses cookies and similar technologies to provide, protect, and improve our platform.
Essential cookies are required for the platform to function — they handle authentication, session management, and security. Analytics cookies help us understand how coaches and staff use the platform so we can improve the experience. Preference cookies remember your settings, such as dashboard layout and notification preferences.

CrewPace Inc. maintains compliance with applicable data protection regulations including FERPA (for educational institutions), state-level student privacy laws, and general data protection standards.
Our platform implements encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, role-based access controls, and data retention policies aligned with institutional requirements.

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") applies to the processing of personal data by CrewPace Inc. on behalf of customers using the CrewPace platform.
CrewPace Inc. processes athlete and staff data solely for the purpose of providing sports analytics services as described in our Terms of Service. We act as a data processor on behalf of your organization (the data controller).
Data is stored in secure, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure within the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
Upon termination of your account, we will delete or return all personal data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law. For DPA-related inquiries, contact privacy@crewpace.app.
